- All Swimming Class Seria 88 (Setia Alam) fees have to be paid by 28th every month. Payment required before starting any class.
- Non-payment of monthly fees by the stipulated payment date will result in forfeiting the deposit and placement for the following month
- Upon commencement of class, all fees paid are non-refundable.
- Request for refund of DEPOSIT upon exit requires update to the ADMIN SUPPORT before 28th of the active month.
- Deposit will be forfeited if no notification made or after 28th of the active month
- Lessons will be put on hold if the PVSwim closes due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Swimming Class Seria 88 (Setia Alam) monthly fees are for 4 classes in a month. Students required to finished all class within the paid month including replacement (if any)
- If you are not able to be consistent to commit weekly, please choose FLEXI Package (Ask our Admin for more details)
- Class resume as usual during Holidays. Any closure of class will be announced via APP and Guardian Group.
- Replacement class are available for any miss class. The replacement class must be informed a day before and scheduled within the same month. Else class will be forfeited.
- Any miss class for replacement class will be forfeited.No more replacement allowed.
- Replacement class schedule will be assigned by the Admin based on availability.
- Swim teacher/coach will be assigned by the management, PVSwim will allocate covering coach to resume class as usual if theres any absentees.
- PVSwim reserves the right to change teacher/coaches based on the requirement of the class.
- PVSwim reserves the right to cancel or postpone the lesson in unforeseen situation or when a covering coach is not available
- Students are group based on class category and swimming progress.
- Student progress will be update monthly basis by respective coach and parents/students able to view via PVSwim APP.
- All students required to dress appropriately for swimming, together with goggles and swim cap.

Yes, we offer various promotions throughout the year. Please refer to THIS MONTH OFFER section for current offering.
Replacement classes available for any miss class, subject to availability. All replacement class required to be replaced within the same month. Please contact ADMIN in advance to arrange a make-up session. Exceptions on week 4, the miss class on W4 can be brought forward.
Absentees must be informed a day before to claim for replacement class.
Yes, we offer swim classes for babies aged 6 months old and above including adults. Our classes are designed to cater different skill levels and age groups.
Kiddies swim classes are designed for children aged 3 to 5 years old. The Kids class starts from age 6 to 13 years old.
Children will learn basic water safety, floating, kicking, basic strokes, and breathing techniques. The focus is on building confidence and comfort in the water. Emphasize on the fundamentals of swimming before going to more technical skill in advanced level.
Each Babies and Kiddies swim class typically lasts for 30 minutes. While for Kids and adults class lasts for 50 minutes.
We keep our Kiddies & Kids swim classes small, with no more than 5 kiddies per class & not more than 6 Kids in Kids class during a beginner class. It was designed to ensure personalized attention and a safe learning environment. However, ratio will increase as the students level up.
Yes, parents are welcome to watch from the designated viewing area. However, we reccomend parents to entrust us with your kids to ensure a distraction-free environment for the children.
Being afraids is normal. Our team are trained to handle children who are apprehensive about water. We use gentle, supportive techniques to help them feel comfortable and enjoy their time in the pool. Parents must cooperate with us and give time for children to overcome their personal challenges.
Safety is our top priority. Our team undergo frequent training and we maintain a low student-to-instructor ratio to ensure individual attention. We also follow strict hygiene and safety protocols at all our locations.
Please bring your swimwear, a towel, goggles, and a swim cap. We also recommend bringing a water bottle and sunscreen if the class is held outdoors.

Yes, we provide regular progress reports and assessments to keep parents informed about their child’s development and achievements in the swim classes via PVSwim APP.
